Baby Yoga

This class features poses for mommies,
  simple baby poses, and fun mommy/kiddo interactions.
All ages are welcome and no previous yoga experience is necessary.
Baby yoga is a great way for mom and baby to relax, stretch those muscles after our stroller fitness classes, laugh and spend quality time with your little one.
