Dad's need fitness and motivation too, so why not a class for them?

TMM would like to introduce Saturday Family Fitness classes! Bring the whole family and get set for fitness! We are adding a Men's fitness class onto our Saturday Stroller Fitness Classes, beginning Saturday, February 6th, 2010!  The format for the Daddy Division will be similar to our stroller fitness classes, yet much more MANLY! The men won't need the strollers or yoga mats (kiddos will stay with mommy), just a sweat towel and a high pain threshold to transform into fitness machines. The focus will be on strength, cardiovascular, endurance and six packs (not the beer kind)! Class exercises will include Pushups, Running, Calisthenics, Weight Training and much more! One hour of total body fitness! All fitness levels welcome!

During the ramp-up period Daddy Division classes will cost $5 per class. Class packages will be available as the new division grows. Daddy Fitness Classes will be lead by TMM's trained professional, Jack Feasel, who has been active in fitness and fitness training for over 10 years! Jack is a very energetic, highly motivated instructor who will push those Daddy's into shape with encouragement and motivation!

Both Saturday Stroller Fitness and Daddy Fitness classes will currently be held at Hope Lutheran Church gym @ 9am. During warmer weather classes will move outdoors!
