Fitness classes? One hour of total body fitness
Class begins with a great warmup, a stretch, a power stroll through the park or mall singing fun songs and stopping for short circuit-style stations filled with cardiovascular and strength training exercises and then ending with a powerful ab workout. You will burn tons of calories, tone your muscles, improve flexibillity, strength, and balance, all while singing fun songs, chatting with other moms and spending special bonding time with your baby!
