The Mommy Movement?
Moral Support- We are moms ourselves just looking to shape up and share some amazing bonding time with our children. We are all here for support and to help you meet your goals! Motivation- Our instructors are highly energetic and will motivate you to meet your goals! What better way to keep yourself motivated than by working out with a group of moms just like you? Make New Friends - You will be surrounded by many other moms who share your similar experiences and interests. You will have many opportunities to make great friends with other moms within The Mommy Movement. Model Healthy Living - Your child will gain a foundation as you exercise and eat right, and soon grow to learn the benefits of it. Guest speakers and members of our community speak with us about leading a healthy lifestyle. Your Child(ren) Will Love It! - Your children will love being outdoors in their stroller during our stroller fitness classes. They will enjoy the brisk walk through the park and the fun songs. Only Pay For The Classes You Attend - Unlike other groups, you will never pay for a class you do not attend. When class packages are purchased you will receive a punch card which will only be punched when you attend a class. Bonus Classes/Playgroups -We offer a variety of Specialty Series Classes free with the purchase of a stroller fitness package. We also have a Playgroup free to all members. What are Stroller
Fitness classes? One hour of total body fitness
Class begins with a great warmup, a stretch, a power stroll through the park or mall singing fun songs and stopping for short circuit-style stations filled with cardiovascular and strength training exercises and then ending with a powerful ab workout.
You will burn tons of calories, tone your muscles, improve flexibillity, strength, and balance, all while singing fun songs, chatting with other moms and spending special bonding time with your baby! Join our e-mail list for updates and reminders

"After gaining 80 lbs during my pregnancy, I was pretty down on myself. Getting back in shape seemed like such a daunting task, not to mention I was soon to be in my best friend's wedding. When I started the 6 week bootcamp class, my bridesmaid dress wouldn't zip up. I knew for sure I was looking at a hefty alteration bill, and I was nervous that these other mommy's would run circles around me. What I found at that first class was a fun and challenging workout, along with an incredibly supportive group of women. At the end of the 6 week bootcamp series I was able to run a 5k and my bridesmaid dress not only fit, but was too big!!! The Mommy Movement playgroup and classes have been my sanity during this transition from working woman, to stay at home mom.
